All visitors must be signed in by the hosting member before using the Club facilities.

Each member may introduce up to 12 guests per year to the Club.
A guest visit must be recorded each time a visitor attends as a member’s guest.
It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that:
the visitor is signed in on arrival;
the visitor follows Club rules and procedures;
the annual guest limit is not exceeded.
The Club reserves the right to refuse entry or withdraw guest privileges where necessary.
