Terms and Conditions

I confirm that I have read, understood, and accept the Terms and Conditions of Associate 80+ (Veteran) Membership:

1. Eligibility • 80 years of age or older on 1st October 2025 • Must not have any boat or yacht moored, berthed or stored at the Club • Not be on a berth waiting list. • Must be or have been a Full or Senior member previously

2. Rights & Restrictions • Berthing Rights: All years of accrued Berthing rights are relinquished

3. Voting Rights: Associate 80+ members do not have voting rights at Special or General Meetings.

4. Committee Rights: Associate 80+ members are not eligible to serve on the General Committee.

5. Facility Rights – These members have access to the Clubhouse, Social Activities, may crew members boats and perform voluntary duties – These members have no access to yard services, including haul-out and use of the slipway

6. Guest Rights: These members can Sign in guests as per Rule 60 a)

7. Members Spouses: Spouses are included in the membership fee

8. Club’s Rights – The Committee reserves the right to amend these terms; its decision on eligibility is final.
