Berthing Allocation and Waiting List

Berths within the Haven are in high demand and are allocated based on membership seniority.

Applications for berths are available to Full Members only.

Separate waiting lists are maintained according to:

• The pontoon location, and

• The overall length of the vessel, including any overhanging parts (such as anchors, rudders, or engines)

Joining the Waiting List

To be added to the waiting list for a berth, applicants are required to:

• Complete the berth application form

• Provide proof of vessel ownership or upload into Harbour Assist

• Pay the required deposit

Please note that applicants will be formally added to the waiting list 90 days after the deposit has been received.

Allocation Process

When a berth becomes available, it is offered to the next eligible member on the relevant waiting list.

The Club Office will contact the member directly with details of the available berth and the next steps for acceptance.
